Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. The shipping cost will automatically be updated and displayed at your total cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
On average, merchandise shipped from our facility takes 1-2 business days after purchase to be processed. Standard shipping/transit times apply of 4–18 days for popular international areas.

MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME.
Shipping may be delayed by 5 to 10 working days during seasonal peaks (New Year's, Christmas, etc.) or due to disease outbreak-related factors. In this case, we appreciate your understanding and will do our best to process orders as soon as possible.
If an order is more than 15 days late, we will send a replacement product using the best shipping method, which normally takes about 5 days to arrive, or we will refund 100% of the order value.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER AFFTER PAY?
Please be aware that changing order information, canceling orders, and so on can all be done for free within 48 hours of your order being successfully paid. After that time, we cannot assure you that an adjustment will be processed
CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees that your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are transferred to your local carrier or government and not collected by Steve Mille and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. The recipient must pay all applicable fees to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that DHL Express (or UPS) pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes due on the goods as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL (or UPS) after delivering goods for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee.
Items sent via DHL Express (or UPS) cannot be 'returned to sender,' so it is the customers' responsibility to understand if there are any local duties or taxes that would be due on arrival (for international orders). We cannot provide a refund should the customer refuse the package on delivery.
